1. Service Scope

VPNHP provides subscribers with cross-border network acceleration for accessing international websites and optimizing cross-border connections. The service covers 120+ countries / 250+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with no limit on the number of simultaneously connected devices.

Subscriptions come in two types: monthly plans and data packages. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades convert the price difference into remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB — usable until depleted and never expiring. Client apps and subscription profiles are obtained through the user panel; this site offers no other distribution channels.

The specific routes, node distribution, and available features of the service may be adjusted based on network conditions and operational arrangements. Such adjustments do not affect the data allowance or validity period already included in your purchased plan.

2. Account and Subscription Rules

Registration requires only a username and password — no email address needed. You should keep your account credentials safe; losses caused by poor safekeeping are your own responsibility. There is no limit on the number of simultaneously connected devices, but each account is for the registrant's personal use only.

The following is expressly prohibited: reselling, renting out, or sharing accounts or subscription profiles; running a third-party proxy business using this service; reverse engineering the service, mass-registering accounts, or otherwise disrupting normal operations. If any of the above is found, VPNHP may suspend or terminate the affected account without a refund.

3. Compliance Requirements

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your country or region and use this service only for lawful purposes. Using the service for any illegal activity is prohibited, including but not limited to infringing on the rights of others, distributing illegal information, or carrying out network attacks.

You bear sole responsibility for the content you access and the actions you take through this service. VPNHP is not liable for any consequences arising from unlawful use, and you must compensate VPNHP for any losses caused thereby.

4. Service Availability and Liability

VPNHP maintains continuous availability through route scheduling and maintenance arrangements. However, international link fluctuations, carrier adjustments, force majeure, or your local network conditions may cause connection instability or temporary unavailability of certain routes. When this happens, you can report it via the ticket system in the user panel, and the service will handle it as soon as possible.

To the extent permitted by law, VPNHP makes no guarantees regarding: the continuous accessibility of any specific website or service; connection speed or latency performance at any given time; or the availability status of your third-party accounts on certain platforms. The service's liability is limited to the subscription amount you actually paid.

5. Refund Policy

A full refund is available within 7 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Requests can be submitted via the ticket system in the user panel; once verified as eligible, the refund will be returned through the original payment channel (Alipay / WeChat / USDT).

Accounts involving malicious abuse or violations of Sections 2 or 3 above are not eligible for this refund policy. Data packages are usable until depleted and never expire; the consumed portion is not converted into any refund.

6. Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

You may stop renewing and discontinue the service at any time, with no additional formalities required. If you seriously violate these terms or use the service for illegal activities, VPNHP may terminate your account and stop providing the service.

If these terms change, this page will be updated along with the date at the top, and major changes will be announced through the user panel. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
