Privacy Policy

VPNHP ("the Service") provides cross-border network acceleration on a subscription basis. This page explains in plain terms what data the Service collects, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how you can view or delete your own data. This policy applies to all marketing pages on this site and to the user dashboard.

1. Data We Collect

The Service collects only the data necessary to run the subscription service, specifically:

  • Account data: sign-up requires only a username and a password—no email address. Passwords are stored as hashes, never in plain text, and no one at the Service can view your original password.
  • Order and billing data: order numbers, plan names, amounts, payment status, and activation times. This data is used to deliver the service, reconcile accounts, and process refund requests under the policy of a full no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment.
  • Usage data: monthly traffic counters, used to reset your plan allowance (60GB / 250GB / 500GB) on your activation date each month and to display remaining data-pack balance. Usage counters record totals only and are never tied to any specific browsing activity.
  • Support ticket data: ticket content you submit voluntarily, along with the replies, used to handle after-sales issues.

2. Logs and Connection Records

The Service does not log which websites you visit through the accelerated routes, does not record browsing content or communications, and does not log your DNS queries. Servers retain only the minimal technical information required to keep the routes running, and that information contains no fields that could be used to reconstruct what you accessed.

This stance is an operating principle of the Service and applies equally to every plan tier—subscribers are never treated differently based on the price they pay.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

The marketing pages and the user dashboard use a small number of cookies and browser local storage, limited to the following three purposes:

  • Login session credentials: your login token is stored locally in your own browser and is cleared when you log out;
  • Interface preferences: display settings such as your chosen interface language;
  • Feature state: interface memory such as whether the client download list is expanded.

This site sets no cross-site tracking cookies for advertising profiles. If you clear your browser data, simply log in again to continue—your purchased plans and remaining traffic are unaffected.

4. Third-Party Payment Processing

The Service supports three payment methods—Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT—and every payment flow is handled by the respective payment channel:

  • Alipay and WeChat Pay: payment details are processed and retained by the payment channel; the Service only receives confirmation of the payment result and order amount, used to mark the order status;
  • USDT: blockchain transfer records are publicly kept by the blockchain network itself; the Service only verifies the amount received and marks the order.

The Service does not collect or store bank card details or any other payment credentials.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Account and order data are retained for as long as your account exists. After account deletion, all account data is removed, except for the financial records that laws and regulations require to be kept.

You can request to view or delete your account data at any time through the ticket system in the user dashboard (ticket entry); the Service will verify your identity before processing. Please note: data packs never expire and remain usable until exhausted, but any unused data-pack balance cannot be restored once your account is deleted—please check your balance before submitting a deletion request.

6. Policy Updates

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date shown at the top of the page is the authoritative version. For major changes to the scope of data collection, the Service will also post an announcement in the user dashboard. Continued use of the Service means you acknowledge the current version of the policy.
